About us
Hisab Lagao is a free collection of calculators and converters built for people everywhere. It started with a simple frustration: the tools we needed every day (currency conversion, loan payments, Zakat, inheritance shares, unit and time zone conversion) were scattered across slow, ad-heavy pages that were often hard to use on a phone.
What makes it different
- Made for the world. Currency and number style follow your region, and you can change them in the footer. Regional units (marla, kanal, tola, maund) and country-specific tools such as Pakistan salary tax are included and clearly labelled.
- Private by design. Calculations run in your own browser. We do not ask you to sign up, and the numbers you type are not sent to us. Image and PDF tools work on your device, so your photos and documents are never uploaded.
- Fast and friendly. Light pages, large buttons, dark mode and a layout designed for phones first. You can install it on your home screen like an app.
- Free, and honest about it. The site is supported by advertising. Ads never replace the results, and you will always see a clear note when a tool gives an estimate instead of an exact answer.
How we keep results accurate
Every tool explains its formula and its assumptions on the page. Where rules change over time (tax slabs, gold prices, exchange rates) we say which year or source the numbers use and let you edit them. Tools for religious matters such as Zakat and inheritance follow widely accepted calculation methods, but they are guides, not a fatwa. Please read the disclaimer.
