How the meeting planner works
The planner lines up every city on the same 24 hours so you can see at a glance who is awake. Click an hour to set the meeting time, add as many cities as you like, and use the 12 or 24 hour switch if you prefer. The tool also lists the hours that fall between 8 AM and 9 PM for everyone. It uses your browser's built-in time zone database, so daylight saving is applied correctly for the date you choose. Everything runs on your device.
Tips for planning calls across time zones
- Pick the date first. Around the March and October clock changes the gap between cities shifts by one hour.
- Put the city of the person who is hardest to schedule at the top, then look for green hours in the rows below.
- Check the date as well as the hour. A morning call in Asia can be the previous evening in North America.
- Press Share to send the meeting time in every city on WhatsApp, so nobody has to convert it.

Frequently asked questions
How do I plan a call across several countries?
Add every city you need with the Add a city box. Each row shows the 24 hours of the day, with green for working hours, amber for early or late and grey for night. Click an hour to move the meeting time, and the tool lists the hours that suit everyone.
What do the colours mean?
Green is normal working time (9 AM to 6 PM), amber is early morning or evening (7 to 9 AM and 6 to 9 PM) and grey is night. The first city in the list is your reference city, and you can make any city the reference with the home button.
Does daylight saving time change the result?
Yes. The tool uses each country's real daylight saving rules for the date you pick, so a meeting in March or November shows the right hours even when countries change their clocks on different days.
How do I change the order of the cities?
Drag a row by the handle, or focus the handle and press the up or down arrow key. The city at the top is the reference city, and its time is the one you set above.
Can I share the plan?
Yes. Press Copy times or Share to send the meeting time in every city, for example on WhatsApp.
I only need two cities. Is there a simpler tool?
