How to turn photos into a PDF

Add your photos, check the order, then press Create and download PDF. Each photo gets its own page. Your browser converts each picture to a JPEG, sizes it to fit the page and writes a standard PDF that opens on any phone, computer or printer. Nothing is sent over the internet.

Common uses

  • Front and back of an ID card or a certificate in one file for an online form.
  • Handwritten assignments or notes photographed with your phone.
  • Receipts and bills for a refund or an office claim.

Tips for a clean, small PDF

  • Take photos in good light, with the page flat and the whole sheet in view.
  • If a website limits file size, choose Smaller file or shrink the pictures first with the Image Compressor.
  • Photos of ID documents contain personal data. Share the PDF only with trusted people.
  • Need an exact photo size first? Use the Image Resizer and Converter.

Frequently asked questions

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is built inside your browser. Your pictures and the finished file never leave your device.

Can I put many photos into one PDF?

Yes. Add as many as your device can handle. Use the arrows to change the order, and the remove button to delete a page.

What page size does it use?

You can choose A4 portrait, A4 landscape, or a page that matches each image. With A4, photos are fitted inside the margins without stretching. 'Auto' turns wide photos sideways.

How do I make the PDF smaller?

Choose 'Smaller file' quality. Phone photos are large, so the tool shrinks them to about 150 dpi on A4, which is enough for reading and printing documents.

Can I make a PDF of my ID card front and back?

Yes. Add both photos in the order you want and download. Keep the file safe, because it contains personal details. Only share it with people you trust.
