How to delete pages from a PDF
Add your PDF and the pages appear as small pictures. Tap the ones to delete, or type their numbers. The result panel tells you how many pages will remain. Press Remove and download and you get a new PDF without those pages. Your original stays untouched.
Typing page numbers
- 3 removes page 3. 2-4 removes pages 2, 3 and 4. 7- removes page 7 to the end.
- Combine them with commas: 1, 3-4, 9-.
Useful to know
- Removing pages keeps the file size roughly in proportion to what is left. For a much smaller file also try Compress PDF.
- Prefer to keep only a few pages? Extract PDF Pages does the opposite.
- Need to reorder pages as well? Use Organize PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to remove pages?
No. Your file is opened and rewritten inside your browser. It never leaves your device.
How do I choose the pages to delete?
Tap a page picture to mark it, or type numbers such as 2, 5-7 in the box. Marked pages show a red cross and are left out of the new file.
