Merge, Split and Sign PDFs Without Uploading Them

Many free PDF websites ask you to upload your file to their server. For a menu that is fine. For an ID card, a bank statement or a contract it is a real risk. The tools on this site work differently: the PDF is opened and changed inside your own browser, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Why browser-only matters

• No copy is left on a stranger's server. Your file never travels over the internet for processing.
• No account, no limits on file count. Nobody needs your email to merge two files.
• It works with a weak connection. Once the page has loaded, the work happens on your device.

Common jobs and the tool for each

• Join an application pack (CV, certificates, cover letter): Merge PDF. Put the files in the order the employer asked for.
• Send only the page that matters: Extract PDF Pages or Split PDF.
• Fix a messy scan: Organize PDF shows every page so you can reorder, turn or delete.

Hiding private details properly

Drawing a black rectangle over a name or number does not remove the words. They can often still be copied from the file. Real redaction means the hidden content is gone. Redact PDF does this by flattening the pages you mark into pictures with the boxes burned in. After redacting, open the file and try to select the hidden words. If you cannot, it worked.

Good habits for private documents

1. Keep your original file. Make changes on a copy.
2. Name files clearly, for example cv-ali-khan-2026.pdf.
3. Check every page before sending, including headers and footers.
4. Send the final PDF only to the person or office that needs it.
