How does it decide a line is a duplicate?
Two lines are duplicates if their text is identical. With Ignore case on, Apple and apple count as the same. With Trim spaces on, a line with extra spaces at the ends matches the same line without them.
Which copy is kept?
The first one. The order of your list is never changed unless you also turn on sorting.
Can I get only the lines that were repeated?
Yes. Choose Show only the duplicates to list each repeated line once.
Is there a limit on the list size?
There is no fixed limit. Lists of many thousands of lines work fine in a modern browser.
