How this text case converter works
Paste your text, then tap a style. The result appears straight away and you can copy it, send it on WhatsApp or move it back to the input box to apply a second change, such as cleaning extra spaces and then making Title Case. Nothing leaves your device.
When to use each style
- UPPERCASE: notices, warnings and short labels. Avoid it for long text because it is harder to read.
- lowercase: fixing text typed with Caps Lock on, or preparing email addresses and hashtags.
- Title Case: headings, essay titles, YouTube titles and CV headings.
- Sentence case: paragraphs, captions and messages.
- camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case: variable names, file names and URL slugs for coding projects.
- aLtErNaTiNg: memes and jokes in chats.
Cleanup tools
Text copied from a PDF or a website often has double spaces and broken lines. Remove extra spaces squeezes repeated spaces into one, Remove line breaks joins everything into a single paragraph, and Sort A-Z or Remove duplicate lines help with lists of names and roll numbers.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Title Case and Sentence case?
Title Case capitalises the main words, like The Story of a Brave Student. Sentence case capitalises only the first letter of each sentence and names such as I, like The story of a brave student. Use Title Case for headings and Sentence case for normal paragraphs.
Which small words stay lowercase in Title Case?
Short words such as a, an, the, and, but, or, of, in, on, at, to, for and by stay lowercase unless they are the first or last word. This follows the common style used in English headings.
I typed a whole paragraph with Caps Lock on. Can I fix it?
Yes. Paste it and press Sentence case. The text becomes lowercase first and then the first letter of every sentence is capitalised. Check names of people and places afterwards, because the tool cannot know them.
What are camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case for?
They are naming styles used by programmers for variables, file names and web addresses. Computer science students often need them for assignments. For example my first project becomes myFirstProject, my_first_project or my-first-project.
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. The conversion is done by your browser, so your essays, messages and notes stay on your phone or computer.
